CLASS DROP FORM
Once you are registered in a class, you will be enrolled in our program until we receive this completed drop form, either in person or via. this contact form. At that time, you will be un-enrolled from your current class and tuition will no longer be charged. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.
Please notify the office of a drop before the 25th of the month to ensure your account will not be charged.
