Once you are registered in a class, you will be enrolled in our program until we receive this completed drop form via. this contact form. At that time, you will be un-enrolled from your current class and tuition will no longer be charged. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

Please notify the office of a drop before the 25th of the month to ensure your account will not be charged.

Please complete this form to notify the office of an upcoming missed class. Only one make-up class is allowed per session (MBAG calendar month). We try to be as accommodating as possible with scheduling makeups, but there is very limited availability in the large majority of classes. Therefore, Makeup classes are not guaranteed to be available.
